Your information, explained.

What we store

Your account email, profile, résumé file and reviewed text, search results, and subscription status are stored for your account. Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Your résumé is not publicly accessible.

Applications and employer analytics

When you submit a Relevance application, you explicitly share a snapshot of your name, email, location, declared skills, and reviewed résumé with that employer. Changes to your profile or removal of your current résumé do not remove an application snapshot. Employers can review that application and update its stage. You can withdraw an application from My applications.

Relevance records signed-in job views, application starts, external apply clicks, submissions, and employer stage updates. These records support employer analytics and your application timeline. An external application is handled by that employer’s site and privacy practices; a click does not tell us whether you completed it. We do not collect or infer sensitive demographic characteristics in this workflow.

Payments

Stripe handles checkout, card details, invoices, and subscription management. Relevance stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not your full card number. Current payments run in a sandbox and do not charge real money.

Your selected services

Government Contracts, Grants, RFPs, and Recruiting each keep a separate profile with the organization details, requirements, consent choices, and progress you save. Choosing one does not enroll you in another. Authorized Relevance staff can review these records to manage early access. No profile is published or shared with another customer through these forms.

We record service starts, saves, completion, and withdrawal, with limited source and campaign codes when provided. Completion may create one service-specific confirmation email. Optional service updates and marketing have separate choices. Delivery failure does not erase your saved profile.

Optional public page activity

The public hub and service pages have a checkbox for sharing page activity during this browser session. It starts off. If you turn it on, we record page views, whether a page remains visible for 15 seconds, and clicks on selected links. A random session code stays in this browser tab. These events do not store your account ID, IP address, full URL, query, referrer, or profile answers. Turning the checkbox off stops new events. The resulting counts reflect people who opted in, not all visitors or unique people.

Optional writing assistance

If enabled, the optional assistant sends only the text you deliberately submit to OpenAI to suggest profile fields. Keep passwords, confidential candidate records, and unnecessary personal information out of that text. You review each suggestion before using it. Manual forms remain available.

These requests disable stored Responses and background processing. Relevance retains usage and request metadata for cost control, without storing the submitted text or generated draft in the AI ledger. Provider security retention may still apply. See OpenAI data controls. Information you choose to apply and save becomes part of your service profile.

Retention and support

Policy version: September 26, 2026. Your active profile and résumé remain available until you remove them or close your account. Account data exports, support requests, and account deletion requests are available in Settings.

Application snapshots require separate review because you shared them with an employer. Deletion requests are checked for company ownership, active subscriptions, and records that must be retained for security or financial auditing. We explain the outcome in your request history. Identity documents stay with the verification provider.

Search history and delivered notification records are retained for 90 days. Activity events and closed application details are retained for up to two years. Closed support details are anonymized after one year. Minimal security and account-closure audit references remain after deletion.

Your control

Edit or withdraw a service from Your services. Withdrawal closes that enrollment and stops new confirmation delivery; it does not itself delete the saved profile. Closing your account removes the service profiles and consent history. Minimal AI cost records remain with account references removed. Account exports include your service profiles, consent, progress, and receipt metadata.

You can edit your profile, replace or remove your résumé in account settings, and manage or cancel a subscription through Billing. The older example explorer stores its preview profile and saved roles in your browser.

How information is used

We use your declared skills and profile to rank the current opportunity catalog. Résumé text extraction runs in your browser before you review and save it. No résumé is sent to an AI model by this flow. Basic account milestones are recorded to understand where onboarding works or fails; these events do not include résumé text.

Service providers

Hosting and authentication providers process normal connection and security information to operate the service. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your résumé.
